The interaction of a series of doubly charged metal cations (M2+ = Ca, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn) with angiotensin I (AngI, Asp1-Arg2-Val3-Tyr4-Ile5-His6-Pro7-Phe8-His9-Leu10) is examined by collision-induced dissociation (CID) and ion mobility spectrometry–mass spectrometry (IMS–MS).
